KAPAL 10th Annual Conference

The Korean-American Professional Association in Life Sciences holds its 10th annual conference on Friday and Saturday, November 6 and 7, 2026, at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego La Jolla, 4550 La Jolla Village Drive. Eventbrite lists Friday doors at 12:30 PM and a program that runs through Saturday afternoon. The host theme is From Connection to Transaction: Korea-U.S. life-science partnering, licensing, and investment rather than a soft mixer.

KAPAL is a 501(c)(3) Korean-American life-sciences professional association. The San Diego edition puts the anniversary conference in the UTC and La Jolla biotech corridor near UC San Diego. Six tracks on the host page cover business development, IP and litigation, licensing, AI in health care, funding, and local community talks. Register on Eventbrite. Members can apply promo code KAPAL. The live checkout is the price of record.

This is right for Korean-American and Korea-facing biotech, pharma, IP, and investor professionals who can take a Friday-Saturday block in UTC. Skip it if you only wanted FACCGSD's succession morning in Jamul on Saturday or a Convoy coffee hour. Those are small-business rooms. KAPAL is a life-sciences deal and career conference.

La Jolla Village Drive near UTC is a car trip from Convoy or Downtown, with hotel garage parking listed as free on Eventbrite. Screenshot your ticket and the member code if you use it. Contact on the host page is contact@kapal.org for sponsorship or agenda questions. Re-check the Eventbrite end time Saturday before you book a return flight.
