KACE 30th Anniversary Gala

KACE's 30th Anniversary Gala runs Friday, October 30, 2026 at Riverside Church, 490 Riverside Drive, with reception at 6:00 PM and dinner at 7:00 PM. Host copy highlights special guest author Min Jin Lee, honors for Korea Finance Society and AAPI New Jersey, and recognition of KACE interns. Ticketing is manual: pay by Zelle, Venmo, or check, then complete the registration form on kacegala.org. Call (718) 961-4117 or email info@kace.org if the two-step path is unclear. Skipping the form after payment is a common failure mode; finish both steps.

Korean American Civic Empowerment is a Flushing- and New Jersey-rooted civic organization with decades of voter, small-business, and community programming. A thirtieth anniversary gala with Korea Finance Society on the awards list is the Circuit signal: civic, electoral, and finance tables in one Morningside Heights room for the tri-state Korean American professional graph. Thirty years of civic programming is the track-record bar; treat the night as community recognition denser than a one-off fundraiser brand.

This is right for Korean American civic leaders, Flushing and Palisades Park professionals, and finance allies who already work KACE's orbit. Skip it if you need an open PE dealmakers night, a free student mixer, or an invite-only Plaza finance forum. Guests hunting a Midtown entertainment or culinary room will feel misplaced; the value sits with people who care about Flushing civic and electoral relationships.

Logistics start with payment confirmation. Keep your Zelle, Venmo, or check proof plus the completed registration form on your phone, bring photo ID, and plan Riverside Drive evening transit or parking rather than a Midtown walk-up. Reception opens at 6:00 PM before dinner at 7:00 PM, so late arrival risks missing opening remarks. Re-check honoree and program notes on kacegala.org closer to October 30.

If you already booked Ascend NY Metro IAG earlier in October, use this Friday for Flushing civic density rather than treating both as corporate leadership repeats. Start on kacegala.org, complete payment then the form, and call or email the host contacts if the two-step path stalls before the week of the gala.
