Ascend LA Metro holds its Inspiring Across Generations conference on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM at Accenture, 6181 West Centinela Avenue, Suite 1100, in Culver City. The registration record calls that suite the 11th floor. The theme on the host page is Forward with Purpose. The morning opens with a plenary on purpose-driven leadership, a short speed-networking round, and a session titled Not What My Parents Planned. Lunch breakouts cover travel points, headshots, and packing kits. After lunch there is a plenary on AI and human-centered leadership, another short networking round, and breakouts on negotiation, promotion, executive presence, and employee resource groups. A happy hour with mahjong and karaoke starts at 4:30 PM.
Ascend is the pan-Asian business network founded in 2005. This is the Los Angeles chapter's main conference of the season, and the agenda is posted. Students pay $50. Members pay $100. Non-members pay $125. Attire is business casual. The registration record stays open through November 6. The two host pages disagree about one item, Hot Ones: Get to Know the LA Chapter Board. The public page puts it in the lunch hour. The registration page puts it at 4:30 PM. Check the page you used to buy before you plan around that session.
This is right for early and mid-career people in Los Angeles who want a Saturday of workshops and a pan-Asian room, and for students who can use the $50 rate. Skip it if you are saving the weekend for the NAPABA convention, which opens Thursday, November 12, at L.A. LIVE and is a lawyers' meeting with a different price. The afternoon breakouts overlap, so you will pick one. The negotiation and promotion sessions are the practical pair if you are up for a review cycle. The travel-points lunch is a side session.
Centinela near the 405 is a car trip from Koreatown or the SGV, and Saturday garage access at a corporate tower can be slower than the lobby expects. Screenshot the registration. The contact on the listing is losangelesmetro@ascendleadership.org. If you only want the happy hour, the page still sells a full-day admission. There is no posted evening-only ticket.
