AAREA November Luncheon

The Asian American Real Estate Association Houston chapter holds its November luncheon on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at Ocean Palace on Bellaire Boulevard. Check-in and networking run 11:30 AM to noon. The program starts at noon and ends about 1:00 PM. Topic and speaker are still listed as TBA. Members are free. One block on the page says non-members pay $50; another says $35. Read the live checkout and the November 17, 5:00 PM cutoff before you pay.

AAREA Houston is a Chinese-American realtor association with a long Bellaire Boulevard lunch cadence, separate from AREAA Houston's West Loop lunch the same day. Ocean Palace is a second-floor Chinatown banquet room. The venue line on the page has read both 11215 and 11214 Bellaire; use the confirmation address and the restaurant entrance you are given.

Go if you work Bellaire, Alief, or southwest Houston Chinese-American real-estate density and can take a midday banquet lunch even before the speaker is named. Skip it if you need a published topic first, or if AREAA's LLC and trust hour on the West Loop is the better fit. Do not double-book both lunches without a hard travel plan.

Bellaire Boulevard at lunch is stop-and-go. Budget garage or valet notes on your ticket. Screenshot registration. If the speaker posts in the final week, decide then whether the TBA lunch still clears your calendar.
